Shipping policy

All orders will take me roughly 2-5 business days to complete and ship out unless stated otherwise. Please check the announcements on my homepage for any shipping or processing time updates.

CANADA

I offer free shipping within Canada on all orders that meet a certain weight limit. With that being said, orders that have free shipping will not be tracked. Orders that reach the max "free shipping" weight will be charged a shipping fee that can be tracked. 

US/INTERNATIONAL

Shipping to USA and international countries will be untracked to keep shipping costs low. Some items due to weight and size will be tracked due to requirements. This will all be calculated at checkout.

This also means that once I mail out your orders, I will not have control over your order's journey to you - Maggiezhart will not be liable for any damages of if your order gets lost. But rest assured that I will always carefully wrap and reinforce safety to your order on my end in order to keep it safe and eco-friendly!
